When and where to buy tickets?
Except for a single ticket issued by the driver all other types of contracts are loaded onto a Rav-Kav card.
Only after purchasing a Rav-Kav at the service stations, it can be loaded with a travel card, a "monthly free " "aggregate value" contracts by any driver or at the open to the general public service stations.
It is also possible for organizations to purchase a quantity of tickets (Rav-Kav in a Centralized purchase):

Every problem or fault with the Rav-Kav card, which was created after loading the card in any type of contract (ticket, free monthly ticket aggregate value) will be handled through Dan's Service Center by phone: 03-6394444.
Refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased by an organization at a Centralized purchase Dan will deal with the matter only with the organization, and not with a private individual.
The Rav-Kav, daily card or ID card must be presented to the Conductor on demand.
Note: When buying, make sure that you purchase the right ticket and that you paid the appropriate amount.
Loading a " free monthly card" on a Rav-Kav is possible from the 24th of the previous month to the 15th of the following month.
A "daily free" travel card can be purchased from the drivers from 9:00 a.m. each day.
Monthly/ daily free Cards which are valid at both "Dan" and the train are sold at the Box office and automatic ticket machines of the train, for passengers traveling to Tel Aviv only
Rav-Kav issuing is possible at the service stations spread in Gush Dan.
