From now you can get to your campus, work, entertainment or home with an annual StuDan card- which gives you a discount of up to 50% of the normal price! The card can be purchased by all students in academic institutions in nursing homes recognized by the Council for Higher Education (CHE), and subject to the instructions of the Ministry of Transport.
StuDan card allows free travel in and between the areas included in the profile. In addition to free travel, cardholders are entitled to a discount of 50% in purchasing All tickets, except for a Month/daily pass. The discounts can be implemented only With showing a personal Rav-Kav with an extended student profile.
A student who didn't purchase a student periodic contract and has a personal Rav-Kav with a student profile is entitled to a 33% discount on __ and aggregated value only. discounts will only be granted when showing a personal Rav-Kav card with a normal student profile.

Students will be identified for the purpose of card issuance and profile changing by the following:
New students- first year- will present a student ID for 2017/18 + A valid study permit for 2017/18.
Students from their second year- will present a student ID for 2017/18 or for 2016/17 + A valid study permit for 2017/18 Provided that the certificate is from the same institution where they studied during their first year.

For loading a student ticket on a personal Rav-Kav You should arrive at one of the Rav-Kav issuance positions with the following credentials:
New students- first year- will) Show identification (ID card / passport / Israeli driver's license), present a student ID for 2017/18 + A valid study permit for 2017/18.
Students from their second year- will Show identification (ID card / passport / Israeli driver's license), present a student ID for 2017/18 or for 2016/17 + A valid study permit for 2016/17.
Updating a profile
You can update your profile in an ordinary Rav-Kav card to a student profile,
Special student profile will be made only when charging a semester / annual contract.
Changing to a normal student profile (33% discount) doesn't require charging a contract when changing profile.
After changing the profile, the contract can be purchased at any company.
It is not possible to substitutions, Returns (Also of previous contracts
There will be no opportunity to upgrade the card to annual after the first semester
Changing the profile is possible only at the company where the card was issued.
