Besides answering machine, we operate a staffed call center, through which one can get information from the service representative about:How to get from place to place most accurately,Beyond what could be on the website.Fares,information about the various cards,subscription cards regions and information about special lines which does not exist in the automatic answer. the information center is updated in temporary changes in travel routes of the various lines due to construction works and road closures, entertainments, etc.Answering and dealing with requests to the casualties department.
